T-Tops
Many car enthusiasts think T-tops were created by General Motors. After all, they were a standard feature on every third-gen Corvette and some models of the Camaro and Pontiac Firebird.
In reality, the T-top was first introduced on a 1948 sports car prototype by Tasco. A removable T-top used to be a great middle-ground when convertible tops weren't as safe as they are now.
