The couple turned this £1 grain silo into an astounding tiny home!
The table is made from old saw blades, chains and concrete.
Their dining table is crafted from old saw blades embedded in concrete, with chains running through the center. The walls are made from fragments of old pallets, cut into bricks, mounted, and then polished.
Given the barn’s cold metal structure, the couple used recycled plastic for insulation and installed a moisture barrier on the roof to address condensation issues.
“Insulating the roof properly is quite challenging. It's best to use spray foam to cover it completely. This way, while a bit of condensation might occur when the roof interior frosts, it will burn off within 10 minutes if you light a fire,” Bob explains.
