Welcome to the Pacific Loft 399 – Park Model, a tiny home that uses its 399 sq. ft. of space really well. It stands 15'10" high, 13'10" wide, and 40' long, including a cozy 7' porch. This tiny home meets the ANSI 119.5 national standard for park model homes. A nice feature of this design is the laundry center, which is conveniently located outside the bedroom.

The Pacific Loft 399 is similar to the Classic Double Loft but without the bayed front end leading to the porch, making it easier and more affordable to build. Despite this, it retains all the wonderful features of the CDL, offering comfortable living in a compact space. This tiny cabin is built to connect to your existing septic system, making it a breeze to set up.
