A Billionaire's $650,000 Dream Cabin: You Won't Believe What's Inside (Especially the Last Photo!)
Let's check out the cozy living room—an awesome 452 square feet of space!
It might be smaller than Alexander's New York mansion living room, but it's still super comfy. Big windows and glass doors let in tons of natural light. "We hardly ever need to turn on the lights during the day. The whole room is nice and bright," Alexander says with a grin.

This room is all about family time. Since Alexander wasn't planning to host big parties, he kept it simple with two couches. It's just right for his family of four to relax. Even though there's a fancy central A/C system, Alexander insisted on adding a fireplace. "There's something special about a fireplace that modern tech can't match. On snowy days, sitting by the fire and watching the flames is a feeling you just can't get from an air conditioner," he explains.
